Why can’t I see the 3D view in the configurator?
If the 3D view in the configurator is not displayed, it’s usually due to a browser or device compatibility issue. The 3D preview uses WebGL technology, which allows three-dimensional graphics to be shown directly in your browser without additional plugins. If WebGL is disabled or not supported, the 3D view may not appear.
We recommend:
- using the latest version of Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera;
- ensuring that hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser settings;
- updating your graphics drivers.
If the problem persists, try opening the page on another device or contact the MAZUS team for assistance.
