DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order through our partner Venipak, although in some cases, deliveries may be made by other courier services. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time and shipment tracking number via SMS and/or email.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs depend on the total weight and volume of the goods and are calculated automatically according to the price list below.
If the calculated cost appears incorrect or too high, we suggest:
- Picking up the goods free of charge from our warehouse at Plento g. 6, Užliedžiai, Kaunas district, or
- Contacting us to discuss alternative delivery options.
The shipment is delivered in a single consignment to one specified address. Any requests to deliver products to multiple addresses, in several stages, or at different times are considered non-standard and must be agreed upon in advance and paid for additionally.
Additional fee for delivery to Neringa (Curonian Spit): +40 EUR (excl. VAT), added to the system-calculated delivery cost.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time depends on the specific product and is indicated on each product page.
If the ordered products require custom printing, the production lead time begins once we receive a ready-to-print file and it is approved by MAZUS. If the file is submitted later or needs correction, the lead time will be automatically extended by the number of calendar days it took to prepare the final print file.
Note: Delivery times are approximate. They may be affected by seasonality, increased courier workload, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond MAZUS' control (Force Majeure).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Important information upon receiving your shipment:
- The order can only be collected by the buyer or the person specified when placing the order.
- If you notice any packaging damage when receiving the goods, you must immediately inform the courier and fill out a damage report.
- If the shipment document is signed without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in proper condition.
- If the goods are delivered on a pallet, the recipient must arrange for their transport to the desired location.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the confirmation before coming!
STORAGE TERMS
Prepared goods are stored free of charge for up to 10 business days after pickup notification is sent.
After this period, a storage fee may apply – 1.5 EUR/m² (excl. VAT) per each additional calendar day, unless agreed otherwise.
If the products are not collected within 6 months, they may be disposed of at MAZUS' expense, after prior notice to the buyer.
